Community Dharma The Community Dharma Leader program is a 2 1/2 year training for senior vipassana students who wish to offer classes and daylong retreats to their local sanghas. Participation is by application and requires a recomendation from a senior vipassana teacher who is willing to mentor the student for the entire program. CDL3 began in 2005 and extends through January, 2008. CDL3 has gradually become a community of strong spiritual friends.
